Technical Features:

1.Full servo driving: Controlled by 13 servo motors, achieving a speed of 180-200 pcs/min.

2.Automatic paper feeding unit: Automatically feeds paper into the paper rack.

3.Rotary paper suction and feeding unit: Controlled by servo motor, capable of quickly suctioning and feeding paper, reducing paper feeding blockage issues.

4.Pre-heating of paper with hot air: Softens the paper for ultrasonic sealing during high-speed operation, reducing cup leakage issues.

5.Bottom paper feeding: Controlled by servo motor, with the cutter also controlled by servo motor for more precise paper feeding and cutting.

6.Two bottom hot air heaters for sealing: Continuous heating with minimal temperature difference greatly improves the knurling sealing effect at the bottom, reducing cup leakage issues.

7.Rotary bottom knurling unit: Improves bottom sealing and creates deeper knurling

8.Cup top curling: Utilizes silicone oil lubrication and heating to soften the rim before curling, reducing rim burst issues.

9.Separate servo motor control for main and secondary turnplates: Enhances efficiency in bottom sealing and top curling.

10.Bottom waste paper cutting and conveying: Waste paper is cut into pieces and transferred via conveyor belt to reduce paper blockage issues.

11.PLC touch screen: Easy parameter setting and adjustment.
